No returns after 30 days. No returns on 1/2 slabs. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notification please have your installer verify footage. Please remove the plastic sheet over the slabs to inspect for color, shade, match, surface and slab thickness, prior to cutting/fabrication. Seller retains title and legal ownership to the merchandise until payment in full has been received. Buyer bears all cost of collection and attorney fees. Buyer acknowledges & authorizes persons at the shipping address to receive the merchandise on their behalf. The buyer shall inspect the product(s) within three (3) days of receipt thereof. Claims for defects after such date will not be accepted. Unless the Buyer notifies the Seller in writing within three (3) days of receipt of materials of any defects or discrepancies, it shall be conclusively presumed, by the Buyer and the Seller, that the product(s) was delivered in good repair, was operable and the Buyer accepts the product(s) as delivered. In no event will any claims be accepted for any reason after material has been cut or installed. The Buyer understands and accepts that stone and products made from stone are subject to veining and slight variances including but not limited to color, shade, particle structure, surface irregularities, or other variances that naturally occur in the stone and shall not be considered defects. The Seller shall not be liable for any faults or inaccuracies to the final product due to errors or inaccuracies in materials or information, provided by the Buyer. Buyer agrees to advise Seller by certified mail within 3 days after receipt of the merchandise of any defects or non-conforming terms, otherwise buyer waives any claims to set-offs on the amount due. All prices are FOB Home Solution Depot warehouse. This delivery ticket must accompany all claims and returned goods.
